Landon's Christmas List

Landon (aka mama) created his Christmas list and checked it twice. Below I listed some of the gifts he might get under the tree this year. Like I've mentioned before we try to follow the something you want, something you need, something to wear, and something to read rule. We also do a gift on Christmas eve and of course a stocking with some smaller goodies.

Christmas Eve : Pajamas - Every year we do Christmas pajamas on Christmas eve. Of course while searching I quickly found out there are a million more options for girls. I think these little girl pajamas are the cutest!

Want : Radio flyer 4-in-1 trike - We love Radio Flyer! We used our wagon all summer long and knew a trike would be the next thing to get. We went with the 4-in-1 because he can start using it right away and he'll continue to grow with it.

Need : Big boy bed - We will be moving Landon to a big boy bed soonish. I'm looking for a vintage spindle bed at thrift stores but if I don't find one I like, I will go with one from Ikea.

Wear : Outfit (vest, top, jeans) -  For the something to wear we do an outfit and it will honestly probably be what he wears on Christmas. My sisters showed me the dresses their girls are wearing for Christmas, again girls get all the good clothes!

Read : How the Grinch Stole Christmas - Classic Christmas book that I couldn't believe we didn't have! Landon loves bringing us books to read to him so I'm always trying to build our "library" with new books to keep him interested. A few others I love are the baby lit books, personalized books here, and anything by Nancy Tillman

Stocking Stuffers : finger crayons, toy car, wood phone, socks, big boy underwear (for upcoming potty training), yearly christmas ornament, candy canes and an orange for the toe of the stocking! Stockings are my personal favorite to put together!

Today I'm planning on cranking Christmas music, baking cookies, decorating for the holidays, and maybe even wrap the gifts we've already gotten. I can't wait for the 25 days of Christmas movies to start next week! I'll get back to posting those weekly bump updates this week too.
