In honor of Labor Day… we're expecting baby bell #2! We're completely but happily surprised to find out I am pregnant. What a crazy surprise that our family is excited to gain in March 2016.
We found out Landon was going to be a big brother on our 2nd wedding anniversary (July 27th) after a weekend of feeling nauseous and overly tired. After the third day of requesting saltines for dinner, Luke made me take a pregnancy test. His logic being I only eat saltines when I'm pregnant, apparently he's right.
We planned on expanding our family in 6 months to a year from when we got pregnant but life has other plans and I'm so grateful God has entrusted another baby to us. I went in to the doctor shortly after to confirm with an ultrasound but at that point the morning sickness was all the confirmation I needed. The doctor confirmed how far along I am and that baby looks great so far.
Of course everyone wants to know if we want a boy or girl. I would honestly be happy with either. It's either another boy and a best buddy for life for Landon or a little lady that he can watch over and protect. Either way we know Landon will be the sweetest big brother to the newest baby bell.
I'm so happy that the all day nausea has eased up and I've started to get my energy back. Still getting some morning sickness but its only first thing in the morning so I can't complain. Today marks 12 weeks so chalkboards will be making their return later this week!
