Sorry for the radio silence as of late. Life, ya know. I'm going to do my best to do a third trimester update next weekend since I haven't done one in about two months. We are a little over a month away from my due date and I know it's going to fly. I did manage to throw a few baby items in a bag for the hospital incase I go early. Clearly I am way more laid back about things with this baby. At this point last pregnancy I had three large bags packed, a finished nursery, and the infant carseat installed. It'll all get done in time.
Anyways, we had a nice long and relaxing Valentines weekend. Saturday afternoon Landon and I made crafts and baked goodies for the grandparents. He is a little timid about getting messy painting but the gift tags turned out adorable. I even kept a handprint for myself.
Sunday we delivered our valentines and then Luke and I went out on a little day date. It has been a few months since Luke and I have gone out just the two of us. I don't mind that it was daylight and part of it was spent picking up some baby items (like these swaddles, so soft).
Luke brought home two red roses, one from him and one for Landon to give me. I love that he shows our son how to treat a lady. Simple acts that lets mama know her boys love her.
