Close family and friends gathered, adults chatted while children played. Songs were sung, cake was served, gifts were opened, marshmallows were roasted, and a scavenger hunt was had. Lots of pictures were taken and even more memories were made. A very happy birthday again to my sweet boy.
We love our teepee and I knew that would be the focus of our birthday theme. I also wanted to use a lot of house decor we already have for the party. I feel like buying a ton of decor just for a party is a waste so I try to think about what I already have and if I do need to buy something, how can I use it in the future.
Thank you to everyone who came, celebrated or wished Landon a happy birthday. We relayed all of your love in an extra long snuggle this morning. An extra special thank you to those of you who helped set up, make food, or volunteered your amazing hand writing for the chalk boards.
