I started a new job a little over two weeks ago. I've been so blessed to have been able to finish school and stay at home with my baby for 10.5 months. There are so many incredible family members that allowed that to happen and I can't thank them all enough for helping.
I've gone from being home with Landon 3 days and going to school 2 days, to now working 5 days. I miss him so much during the day. Our mornings, evenings and weekends are even more special now.
This transition is hard. I don't think it matters if its at 12 weeks old when you head back to work or a stay at home mom sending their kiddo off to Kindergarten, its a hard process for moms to let their little ones go.
I'm starting to understand the struggle of finding the balance between work and home life. And as some would say, the struggle is real. But I'm confident I'll figure it out. It just takes time.
