Fair Tradition and a Teething Babe

I am loving this cooler fall weather we've had this past week! We decided to take full advantage and went to the fair over the weekend.

You all know I love a good tradition and this one comes from my husbands family. My husbands great grand parents started this tradition taking his grandpa to the centreville fair. It was then continued with my mother-in-law and now with my husband and our boys. My husbands great grandpa only missed the fair 1 time in his entire life! Incredible. It's so fun to hear all the stories and talk about how much it has changed over the years.

Although our boys are young, there was plenty for us to do and see (and eat). We didn't do a bunch of rides because the boys are so little, so we mainly walked the barns of animals, fed the animals at the petting zoo, and ate a bunch of awful fair food (so good but so bad). Ryder got to ride a miniature pony and Landon was obsessed with feeding the goats!

Speaking of goats, our little Ryder is in the chew-on-everything-phase. I love that Nuby has come out with a fashion with a purpose line of products specifically for those teething babes. The products are safe for baby to chew on with a soft silicone surface, BPA free and stylish for mama to wear as jewelry. They also come in a couple different styles and colors so you can mix it up!

The necklace and bracelets are perfect for curious little ones who want to put everything in their mouths. I was able to wear Ry in my Solly wrap and he could easily grab the necklace a chew to his hearts content. Or while under supervision, I could hand him the bracelet to chew on while the rest of us chowed on elephant ears. He barely noticed the difference.

You can find both the necklace and bracelet at your local Walmart or certain styles online here

Below I'm wearing the Teething Trends Pearl Beaded Necklace in gray, Teething Trends Pearl Beaded Bracelet in pink and Teething Trends Smooth Bracelet in gray.

Until next year fair!

xoxo.
