It's been a few months since I've given Landon's last update. He has grown by leaps and bounds since then and I think I can officially say he is a toddler! He will always be my baby but there is no denying what a little man he has become.
At his 15 month well child he ranked right around the 70th percentile in weight, height and head size. He wears mostly 18 month clothes. However, his legs are on the short side so he can still wear 12 month bottoms. He also has a total of 6 teeth.
Landon sleeps all through the night, right around 11 hours, and takes 1 nap a day. He is still in his crib and probably will be until after he is 2.
When it comes to food; green beans, bananas, and all carbs are his favorite. He drinks out of a hard top sippy cup - just milk and water. We give a regular cup a try once and awhile but its still a little early for that switch.
Landon can say about 5-10 different words but chooses to say "yeah" more than anything else. He knows where his hair, mouth, belly and feet are and loves to point them out to you and then find yours.
Landon gives the best hugs and kisses ever! He also really loves to wave bye-bye. He understands simple commands like where is your blankie, get me a book, or give mama a hug.
Daniel Tiger is still his favorite cartoon/character and I've seen every episode at least 20 times. He likes to throw his ball all around the house and has an especial fascination with doors and door knobs.
And yes we are finally getting a real hair cut this week.
