Sleep  

Besides a few nights when he was having a growth spurt, he usually will sleep two 4 hour chunks or a 5 hour & a 3 hour stretch during the night. I haven't figured out or paid much attention to his nap schedule. He does have a wonderful witching hour (or two or three) before bed.

Food

Still a combo of breast milk & supplementing with formula. Majority is pumping and bottle feeding but I still spend a portion of everyday trying to get him to latch. I will probably end up writing an entire post on our breastfeeding struggles & my transition into exclusively pumping.
