So clearly my dream was inaccurate and I don't have only a penis in my belly (but maybe a baby with one?) ... Seeing your little one on the monitor is so precious! So what if half the time you don't know what the hell your looking at. However definitely more baby looking than my 8 week ultrasound. The nurse could have probably gone right over the genitals and I wouldn't have known (for the record - I looked away). Luke & my gender reveal is Friday and we are beyond excited to be able to put a name (and gender) to the baby. Here's a little cuteness to tide you over.

Weight: 10 oz.

Length: 6 1/2 in.

Heart Rate: 164

Position: Breech - Not important until mid/end 3rd trimester but does cause more of an urgency to pee

Placenta: Anterior - Between me & baby making it harder for me to feel movement

Movement: Active - Somersaults and all

Other: The babe was a little thumb sucker (like its cousins) for most of the ultrasound and at one point gave me a little thumbs-up with the other hand! 

The doctor said everything looks great which is always good news.
